AirTOV
Terms of Service
Flight
Tickets
Terms of
the Airlines
- The airline tickets available on the
website follow the terms and conditions of the specific airline, including
their cancellation and refund policies.
- AirTOV acts as a facilitator for booking
flight tickets. The service contract is between you and the airline.
- Airlines can change flight schedules,
routes, or cancel flights without informing AirTOV. AirTOV is not
responsible for any losses you may face due to these changes.
- Different tickets on the same airline may
have different restrictions, services, and prices.
- Baggage allowance depends on the
airline's terms. Some fares only include hand baggage, and you may need to
pay extra for checked baggage. Check with the airline for detailed costs.
Code Share
- Some airlines have "code share"
agreements with other airlines, meaning the selling airline may not
operate the flight. Instead, another airline will operate it.
- If your flight is a code share, this will
be disclosed during the booking process.
- AirTOV will inform you of any code-share
arrangements if the ticketing airline discloses it to AirTOV.
Pricing
- The total price displayed on the website
usually includes the base fare, taxes, and convenience fees. You must pay
the full amount before your booking is confirmed.
- If you don’t pay the full amount, AirTOV
reserves the right to cancel your booking.
- Infant fares are for children under 24
months for the entire itinerary. If the child is 24 months or older on the
return journey, a separate booking with a child fare is required. Infants
and children must be accompanied by an adult.
Travel
Documents
- You are responsible for having valid
travel documents like ID proof, passport, and visas. AirTOV is not liable
if you cannot travel due to invalid documents.
- Any travel document information provided
by AirTOV is advisory and not conclusive. Check the requirements with the
airline and relevant authorities.
Check-In
Terms
- Check with the airline directly for
check-in times, usually starting 2 hours before domestic flights and 3
hours before international flights.
- Carry valid ID proofs, passports, and age
proofs as required by the airline.
- For non-refundable fares, web check-in
can be done one day prior to departure after 6 PM.
Use of
Flight Segments
- If you miss the onward journey, the
entire booking may be canceled by the airline. AirTOV cannot provide
alternative bookings, and the cancellation penalty will follow the
airline's rules.
Changes to
Existing Booking:
Refundable
Fares
- Changes to bookings may incur charges
from the airline and a service fee from AirTOV. Charges vary by airline
policy and fare class.
Non-Refundable
Fares
- Non-refundable tickets cannot be changed
or canceled. The fare agreement between the buyer and seller is final.
- Present valid identification at check-in.
AirTOV is not responsible for flight delays or cancellations. Contact the
airline for any flight-related issues.
- No name changes are allowed after
booking. A service fee applies for any amendments.
- Check-in online as required by government
directives. Charges apply.
Refund
Refundable
Fares
- Refunds follow the airline’s fare rules
and cancellation policy. Convenience fees paid to AirTOV are
non-refundable.
- Inform AirTOV of cancellations made
directly with the airline to process refunds. Refunds may take time
depending on the payment method.
- Refunds will be credited to the same
account used for payment.
- Discounts availed at booking time will be
deducted from refund amounts.
Non-Refundable
Fares
- No refunds for no-show or flight
cancellations.
